Alban brings a wealth of expertise in defence and security to his role as Director at PT Semar Sentinel Indonesia. With a strong academic foundation, he holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Lyon and a Ph.D. from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) Lyon, where he specialised in regional geopolitical and security dynamics. His doctoral research was recognised with the French Navy’s prestigious Admiral Daveluy Special Award.

Alban has honed his skills through significant roles, including at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Jakarta, and within the defence and aerospace private sector, where he contributed to key strategic projects in Indonesia. As a reserve officer in the French Navy, he has gained firsthand experience in applying defence strategies, working closely with partners and allies across Southeast Asia.

Alban has been dedicated to delivering comprehensive, tailor-made solutions that align with the realities on the ground.

Anastasia is the research coordinator and manager at PT Semar Sentinel Indonesia. She gained her master degree in strategy, cybersecurity, and intelligence from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, with a capstone on United States’ foreign policy. She is focusing on strategic, defence, and intelligence issues. Anastasia has working experiences as an analyst at the Directorate General of Defence Strategy of the  Indonesian Ministry of Defence and the United Nations Department of Safety and Security. She has been involved in various projects and studies, including on Indonesia’s defence budget transformation, defence industry, defence and military strategy, foreign policy, as well as mining and critical minerals. She also has published several of her writings in national and international media, including The Diplomat, The Jakarta Post, and Kompas.id.

Helga is a dynamic professional with expertise in media monitoring, research, and report generation. Her ability to establish collaborative environment, combined with competence in utilising advanced tools and technology, makes her a significant asset in navigating the ever-evolving media landscape and assuring strategic insights for optimal outcomes.

A driven and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in concepting and creating visual designs. Adept at using various software within the Adobe Creative Suite to create visual and motion designs.

Hana specialises in data gathering, analysis, and visualization, with a strong background in security, defence, and political affairs. She has experiences in project management, open-source intelligence (OSINT), risk assessments, and regulatory reviews. Her work has been featured in both national and international publications.

As someone intrigued by topics related to foreign affairs, security, and politics, Iqbal is devoted to unravelling the complexity of both domestic and global dynamics, and making this understanding accessible to others. Pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree has also equipped Iqbal with the acumen necessary for crafting practical solutions.

As someone with interests in politics and conflict resolution, Aya focuses on delivering insightful analysis on national and international issues, including politics, security, and economy. Aya also has the ability in research and data gathering, ensuring thorough and impactful results.

With a strong interest in politics and economics, Naomi is dedicated to producing insightful analysis on Indonesian and international issues. She is committed to providing clear and practical insights to help others better understand key topics.
